Exclusive dining

Various options are available to groups for exclusive dining:

Exclusive private dinners

This option ensures complete privacy, and the couple or group will be hosted on their own, at a secluded dining venue within the camp. Dedicated waiters will serve the private dinner guests exclusively. Luxury safari cuisine is always on the menu.

Exclusive bush breakfast or bush dinner option

The group will end their game drive at a prearranged location to enjoy a private bush breakfast or dinner especially catered for them. Private bush dinners are hosted around a roaring fire and encircled by lanterns, where diners will enjoy superb safari cuisine under open, star-spangled skies. Bathroom facilities are also available.

Private table set-up

Evening dinners are traditionally served at a group table, which includes your ranger and fellow game drive guests. Should you prefer a private dinner table, this is easily accommodated if arranged in advance – either at reception or with your ranger. There is no additional charge for this.

Traditional African music

Kapama offers two musical performance options at boma dinners or private dining experiences. While guests dine, they are entertained either by a traditional marimba band, or by a tribal dance group adept in Africa’s unique rhythmic dance sequences – a fitting accompaniment to an authentic dining experience.
